As stated, In many previous City of Boston 311 requests for service, every time a high-capacity empty dump truck or car carrying emptied trailer strikes this depressed CITY OF BOSTON WATER AND SEWER, manhole cover it sounds like a bomb has gone off in the community or a motor vehicle crash. This public nuisance and aggravating noise reverberates through this gauntlet on Columbia Road. I personally have medically documented PTSDS, there is also a American Veteran along with other residents who are being disturbed and shaken by these events. we can't understand the life of us why CITY OF BOSTON BOSTON WATER AND SEWER, REFUSE TO PROVIDE SERVICES.
