- Following up on case of 4301 Washington st. My prior request was closed saying the bush was on private property, but the house is abandoned and so overgrown that it is covering half the sidewalk. Can the property owner be ticketed so that they can tell them down? It has become nearly impossible to walk by with a stroller and have to use the street which is extremely unsafe.
