- Construction vehicle parked on a dead end of city public housing for elderly blocking a hydrant… how is this able to stay here like this? It’s for a property being developed not with the city. But does anyone care or will when it’s too late and god forbid a fire happens and the fire engines cannot access the fire hydrant and respond properly incase of an emergency. Or is the city just bought out and cater to the developers?
