- I would like to report that a resident on my street keeps placing a cone on a public parking space in front of or next to their home to prevent others from parking there. As far as I understand, public street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless there are official city restrictions or permits posted. I am requesting that this situation be looked into to determine whether the cone is authorized and, if not, that appropriate action be taken.
