Hello, I would like to contact the Boston City arborist to gain permission to treat an oak tree owned by the city in front of my property. A commercial arborist diagnosed the tree with Phytophthra bleeding canker. I am willing to pay for the treatment, but I need permission from the city to have a commercial arborist (Arborway Tree Care) treat the tree. Please let me know who to contact.
