- I use Causeway twice per day in order to drop my daughter off at daycare. But it appears that the Garden’s landscaper, Brightview, assumes that they can shut down the right lane of traffic every morning to water their plants. The issue I have with this is it creates a traffic jam, Brightview does not have an occupancy permit, and its totally unnecessary (they even water plants on days that it’s raining out).
