- 517 Columbus Ave. Colette Cafe. Reference is made to the Outdoor Dining Program 2026 page 15 DECKED PATIO - FLUSH WITH SIDEWALK which states "Parklets must be built completely flush with the curb. There can be no step up or step down, any lip, or other level change from the sidewalk". As you can see from the photos, this patio is not in compliance. It has been over a week since this pa tio was installed. Please revoke, remove patio immediately, ticket and not allow any future outdoor patio license.
