Description: Restaurant using small busy sidewalk outside restaurant. The restaurant Aqua Pazza on the corner of Richmond and North, has set up a window to buy fresh pasta dishes. But it’s on the sidewalk. And they put an aisle rope on the sidewalk blocking half the width of the sidewalk. (See pic with red circle showing black rope dividing sidewalk). This is a busy sidewalk.
