- The constituent said she spoke with an inspector Thomas who could find the original case in the system. There was a flood last week in the building resulting in the constituents apt floor lifting throughout the residence. There are nails coming from out of the floor and she states her one year old child keeps getting splinters in his foot. She has addressed the issue with management multiple times and is not satisfied with what has been done.
