- Private property taken - 3 hazard cones are placed at homeowner's driveway to prevent dispensary patrons from illegally blocking a narrow private driveway and parking within the driveway. Dispensary patrons have routinely blocked in the homeowners, preventing the owners from leaving their driveway throughout the day and evening. The cones are not city property and are not obstructing routine traffic and help to deter this activity. For the safety and access of the homeowners, these cones should be returned.
