Description: Re: Case #101006704106 — False Closure, Officer Misconduct, and Ongoing Noise Harassment I am filing this complaint to dispute the closure of BOS311 Case #101006704106 and to report ongoing noise harassment at 44 Soldiers Field Place, Brighton, MA. The officer who closed this case stated he left me a voicemail. That is false. I received no phone call and no voicemail. No callback number was provided. The officer never went to Unit 305 to address the source of the complaint. He closed the case without taking any action against the person causing the disturbance. The officer also labeled me an Emotionally Disturbed Person in the official case notes. I am not. I am a tenant who is being harassed daily by my upstairs neighbor Bruce Irving in Unit 305 and his dogs. This label was applied without any in-person contact, without any observed behavior, and without any basis whatsoever.
