- I think my contractor installed my windows wrong. The wrong size and damage to the outside of my house. There planning on just covering it up now. The permit is still open, and the work is not done yet. The contractor told me that I am wrong it's how it should be. Can ISD help? Its permit sf1851721 I think the window is 3 inches to small. They said that they still have work to do but I don't see how they can make this water and wind proof.
