- Percival street is missing some no parking signs - we need more signage because people keep parking on this two way street which makes it functionally a one way and is really difficult for people who live here to get out of driveways. There have been multiple near collisions because of parked cars forcing traffic into the other lane. It’s dangerous for kids and pedestrians too and we have no idea how a firetruck or ambulance could get through here. I’ve even seen the school bus have to ride up on the curb to get around parked cars. There’s no enforcement and during the winter blizzards the whole street was left half unplowed for weeks.
