- This house has an open basement level window with a hole in the screen, and I saw a rat run into the hole last night around 8pm. With all of the construction in the area, I’ve seen so many more rats on this road and this is an infestation waiting to happen (if it already isn’t one). Can you please send someone to inspect this and somehow force the owner of the residence to close up this window so it’s not an entry point for rats? I live a few doors down and don’t want rats or any pests to make their way to my house from that entry point somehow! Thank you!!
