- Bike lane outbound on Centre St completely inaccessible between Manthorne and Willow due to gas motorscooter parked in bike lane buffer/lane entrance at corner of Centre outside on Los Amigos and cars parked in all spaces in the parking lane. The lane is unusable in this block due to illegal parking and I had to ride 11 mph in the car lane as a result which I’m sure is frustrating because on drivers. No other option due to blocked bike lane. Could not take photo safely because I was riding. Submitting report after arrival at destination.
