- I’ve lived here 20 years and the rats have never been this bad. Properties on highland st from John Eliot to Morley are now short term rentals with trash everywhere and the lot at the end of Morley has become overrun with weeds, trash, and rats. Please transfer ownership to someone who will maintain the space-not an absentee slumlord. As a resident, I’d like to be able to enjoy my backyard again. Please help!
