There was construction of a next building next door and there has been no extermination services or anything since then, the rats have gotten out of control. States as soon as the sun goes down there are rats running everywhere, that is the best time to se them. States it has gotten so bad the rats are getting into first floor apartments. States it has been reported to property management several times but nothing has been done. Requesting inspection and speak with management]
