Constituent states that ever since construction took place in that area last year, the rodent population has gotten out of control, with rodents coming out to the front yard of the property every niht past sunset, with minimum 12 rats being there at a time. Constituent states that they have also had to bring their car in for repairs due to roents eating the wiring of their car, and that they are unable to use the front door of the property at night due to the sheer number of rodents there. Constituent states that some rats have gotten into the building before, but the largest number of them are outside the address at the front of the property.]
