- Rat infestation. Trash and food waste is strewn about on the ground in driveway. Again. This property has repeatedly shown poor trash hygiene for multiple consecutive years. The rat problem that started 3 years ago on this property has reoccurred for the third time due to repeated poor trash hygiene.
