- Rats are feeding in the trash at 26 Payson Avenue and neighbors are seeing multiple rats on the street. My lot at 20 Payson Avenue is baited around the perimeter of my garden shed and along the boundary fence, but I am seeing rat trails and evidence of burrowing. There is no food source there on at 22 Payson Avenue, but as long as they have food at 26 Payson, they are not eating my bait. Neighbors have spoken to the tenants at 26 Payson and at least one of the tenants spoke to the landlord, whose response was to tell him to place the trash out of sight of the neighbors. According to the tenant, the trash cans at 26 Payson have rat holes and he sees rats whenever he goes near the trash area.
