Abandoned Bicycle

Description: Abandoned rusted out bikes (2or 3) chained to one of the 2 only bike poles in the neighborhood. People stash trash on and around the bikes too. Has been reported countless times. These broken Abandoned rust covered bikes are Permanently taking up the space that should be shared by everyone who actually uses the bikes . Plus the other day a stroller couldn’t get thru because they’re blocking sidewalk. Wheelchairs couldn’t get thru. Also an eyesore.
