- Noise complaint. 20 Old Road Dorchester is the source of the loud music shaking my house at 11:35pm, which brings the usual suspects, motorscooters, cars parked illegally on the 2 blocks from Glenway Street to Columbia Road and more. It was advertised that the block would be closed for the summer. What is going on?? Last night it was fireworks, tonight it's back to neighborhood harassment. It's PTSD at this point. Noone cares until it happens to you. Okay.
