- Description
- On East First between Acadia and O street there used to be one designated spot for handicapped parking. A sign was knocked down and laying in my neighbors yard before it was taken away. This sign has not been replaced so it has turned half of the block into handicapped parking as there is no sign to indicate end of handicapped spot. My car was towed and i received fines for this as I'm sure some of my neighbors have as well. If this whole block is now handicapped parking I'm sure myself and other longtime residents would've appreicated a heads up or at least a new sign to indicate this change instead of one with just tape on it that is halfway hanging into the street. If this was not purposeful and there has been a delay with the new sign being installed I would appreciate an update and removal of my parking fines- my appeal is pending.
