- It seems that this vehicle has decided to park his vehicle on this section of 211Webster Street in East Boston for the last two days.This is RESIDENT ONLY PARKING with a Two Hour Parking limit.I know the response from 311 it takes twenty four hours for BTD to respond.. Start giving out tickets on this street so residents like myself can at least park close to their homes !!!!
