Description
This car was parked infront of a hydrant and was towed last week - then brought back by the tow truck and moved to a different spot. Today was street sweeping and the Department of Transportation again looked into the car and decided not to tow it. This needs to be escalated. GY HYUNDAI ELANTRA MA 6PA135
