- Tractor trailers parked in bike lane and half a traffic lane with their engines idling for more than 15 minutes along Lomasney Way , cross street would be Causeway St. For me the issue is the idling, They were there for more than 2 hours, idling, this morning. Would like some feedback on how the city enforces the law.
