What is the nature of the problem: [constituent claims women keeps feeding pigeon every morning around 8 or 9 am, constituent put a claim in called to find out status of case, case was closed as rodent activity, constituent claims pigeons are nasty and carry disease and also pigeon are pooping all over handrail, if someone can come out and inspect the area]
