- Constituent states his stove is non functional for the last 2 weeks. Has been told someone will come out to repair, someone has come out and replaced the stove and it is still not working. They said they are going to need to run further tests, but in the mean time they resident has no way to cook. The stove that was the replacement was not a brand new stove but also used and non functional. Also states outside of front door there is some slippery green substance that they have refused to clean. Previous case #101006717129.
