- Constituent reports an infestation of flies in their unit, 1314 Blue Hill Ave, unit B13. Constituent states that their wife kills 40-50 flies in their unit every day. Constituent brought this issue to the attention of their property manager, where they were able to find the source of the flies, which was holes around the property with maggots. Constituent states that the property manager hasn't taken any action on filling in the holes as well as the fly problem itself. Caller had an inspection scheduled for July 16th but NEVER received a call and no one came by.
