Description: I'm used to needles all over the neighborhood but this is a bridge too far. Needle in the middle of my goddamn front steps?? How is this ok? I was tired coming home and almost stepped on it. It's capped thank God but still. Honest question: what would the mayor do if she had needles on her front steps? This is ridiculous.
