- 608 East 7th street Envirotrac white pick up truck in residence spot . I have put in multiple complaints. They say they come by in the car is not there. It’s there he never receive tickets. He lives on L St. and takes up a resident spot on E. 7th St. nightly with no regard for anybody in the neighborhood.enforce resident parking this is a joke on the tax paying residence that drive around and can’t find a spot be hike, car insurance and high property taxes
