What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent is reporting that this house is abandoned for about 10 years and the place is falling apart and they need to board up the windows because people are getting and tresspassing there. The police knows about this issue. There is trash, furniture, their is a tree also and 2 vehicles there. Please look into this.]
