Illegal Parking

Description: illegal parking at EV charging space. there is a clearly marked spot for EV charging, in front of the pictured pole. this person is taking up two spots. no one can park behind them because there is not enough space between the back of their car and the corner of the sidewalk. and no one can park in front of them because there is 50% of the EV charging space that they left vacant. this is a chronic issue and needs enforcement please.
