- The rats on denby rd are so bad people walk IN the street instead of on the sidewalks when dusk comes. I have never seen so many rats on a residential street in my life. Rats climbing and jumping off fences, running across the sidewalks and under cars. The dumpsters of the property are often overflowing and trash is left haphazardly, creating perfect conditions for rodents. There are several massive rat holes on the side of the building.
