Description: The bathroom repairs were never completed. There is still a hole underneath the shower head that remains unrepaired. There is an unidentified object protruding from the bathroom ceiling that the tenant would like inspected for safety. The building's front and rear entrances are not being cleaned adequately. The common areas are not being maintained to an acceptable standard and appear to receive significantly less maintenance than other properties managed by the same company. The trash rooms are not being mopped or cleaned on a daily basis, creating unsanitary conditions.
