As my attached April 1st letter proves, the reality inside my unit is an unlivable crisis: the ceiling consistently vibrates with heavy, hard-soled pacing, dropped items, and massive dog impacts that penetrate directly through background television and fan noise, causing severe trauma-induced sleep deprivation and medical regression.
