Description
Another week has gone by, and still no one has come out to confirm the details on this abandoned vehicle that’s taking up parking for the residents who actually live here. Funny how BTD is nowhere to be found when an abandoned car with an expired inspection sticker is parked on Norwell Street—but they’re quick to ticket the actual residents for expired tags.
