- Heavy sighting of RATS in neighborhood and yards of Castle Square Apartments. It own by Winn Management Company. I am a resident who lives at 45 Village Court and I have put in several complaints of dead RATS and RAT burrows in my backyard. Management have sent out to put poison in the burrows which can be touched by my grandchildren. I have asked to place cement the yard because the RATS are going in and out of the walk way foundation burrow. Also you are not able to sit in the back because there are 7-8 RATS scurrying between my yard and neighbors yards. I have taken pictures of dead RATS and their burrows as proof of what is happening.
