- resubmitted from mobile case BCS-00267716: Crosswalk by 253 Amory Street in Jamaica Plain — crosses amory up to the SW corridor — is dangerous. When cars are parked right up to the crosswalk, because of bend in the road, pedestrian has to be nearly half way across the road before being able to see if car coming and cars speed on amory. What can be done with signage or parking restriction to increase xwalk visibility? |

Case Noted. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. BTD is currently in the process of adding an extra NO STOPPING ANYTIME sign near #264 Amory St to reinforce the existing restriction. Also the other side of the street is currently NO PARKING. If vehicles are still parking in the restricted areas this is an enforcement issue.
