- This house is abandoned or has zero upkeep causing a rat infestation in the rear, shared egress and front of property. They have gutters draining into the alley egress running behind the row houses and the rat infestation has dramatically increased as a result. The front of the property has been totally neglected and needs to be addressed. The smoke alarms have been beeping for months. This is becoming a safety issue for all of the neighbors.
