- 3 tractor trailers arrived at 9:30pm tonight on wed 7/29 and pulled over on the side of Lomasney Way and are still there now with their engines running. They are there for the concert at TD Garden but had no expectation of moving because the show didn't get out till after 10:30.It is now close to 11:30 and none of the trucks have moved for over two hours, all the while idling. Idling is against the law for a reason yet the city continues to ignore it. em has moved.
