- There is a large and growing number of motorcycles being used for food delivery throughout downtown Boston. Many of these motorcycles appear to be unregistered and are operated by riders who do not have valid driver’s licenses. They frequently ride recklessly in heavy traffic and pedestrian areas, ignore traffic laws, and create unsafe conditions on crowded streets. This has become a daily problem that affects public safety and traffic flow.
