What is the nature of the problem: [**Code Enf referred this matter to ISD** The woman in this house died almost two years ago and no one has come by to take care of the house since. The tickets keep coming and I’ve called to tell them no one is there but to no avail. I live a few homes over. It’s fallen into complete disrepair. What can be done?]
