- Individuals including construction vehicles keep parking blocking the fire hydrant and fire lanes on IVY LANE and NORTH HARVARD STREET in BRIGHTON,MA 02135.I dont know who is in charge but this should not be happening with all of the construction waste and debris during this wet weather.
