- This large enclosed utility trailer is once again parked unhitched on the public street at approximately 466 Talbot Avenue, near Welles Avenue. The City towed this same trailer on Tuesday, July 28, but it returned to the exact same location only hours later. It has repeatedly been moved briefly and then returned, suggesting that this public street is being used for ongoing private trailer storage. The trailer’s height and size obstruct visibility for pedestrians crossing near Welles Avenue and for drivers turning at the intersection.
