In front of 12 Mendelssohn St. A Black Commerical Truck License plate Y28676 is parked for months on Mendelssohn st. Its dipping oil all over the street. The bring junk from doing jobs and it smells and attaching rodents. This is a resident area and the City of Boston has a law right on their website that this truck is breaking the law .
