Description: Hello, this is a request to pick up pre-boxed needles at Franklin Park Maintenance Yard. These are needles that have already been removed from the parks and now need to be processed via EMS. The Maintenance Yard's new entrance is off Canterbury Street. The Maintenance Yard Hours are 7AM-3:30PM.
