- Location: Public Storage, 800 River St Hyde Park, MA 02136. Issue: Severe, active rodent infestation and structural health code violations at a commercial facility. Details for Inspector: I am a tenant at this facility (Unit 233) There is a severe, systemic rodent problem that management is failing to address. I have extensive video evidence of dead mice left rotting in the public common hallways directly outside of the storage units. Inside my unit, there are pervasive rodent droppings, and my personal property has been heavily chewed through and destroyed. This facility is operating in an unsanitary, hazardous condition that violates city health codes.Request: Please dispatch an ISD Health/Sanitation inspector to inspect the common areas, hallways, and exterior breeding grounds of this building, and issue a formal sanitary code violation to the property management. I have attached photographic and video evidence.
