- The recycling bin at the Sarah Roberts Elementary School has been left on Hawthorne Street for 2 weeks. Unfortunately because it was left there and open people have been throwing trash in it and it is attracting rats. I walked by it and it smells like death. I am going to suggest that they do not put out their recycling bins if they can't bring it back in on Thursday afternoon just like everyone else in the neighborhood does. This happens quite frequently and it needs to stop.
