Noted. Responded to above CRM on 08/05/26. Upon arrival spoke with PIC and explained the complaint received. Inspected the retail area, found no evidence of pests. Rentokil Pest Control company is inspecting/treating the establishment 3 time a week , per PIC. The latest 2 IPM reports indicated no pest activity.
